14.10.2020 – 12:30 PM, it starts with this date , everyone knows my story with and I am honoured to share the same with this article. Three years ago I received an online interview invitation with GRENKE , and from that moment i first encountered GRENKE, I knew it was something special, the values uphold, the culture they foster, and the dedication of the employees truly set apart. Over the past three years, as I eagerly awaited the opportunity to become a part of GRENKE team, my admiration grew stronger. Throughout this time, the journey to this moment has been one of patience and perseverance, but I firmly believe that it has worth every moment I waited for.
And finally it happened when you join us last year. What was your first thoughts when you became GRENKE member?
After three years of anticipation, finally stepping into GRENKE felt like the culmination of a long-awaited journey. The admiration I held for the company only intensified as I experienced first-hand the supportive environment and the willingness of everyone to assist me at every turn, I’ve been surrounded by a team that not only values my contributions but actively helps me grow. The sense of fulfilment and gratitude I feel every day is immeasurable. Each interaction is a testament to the positive culture fostered within GRENKE. It's more than just a workplace; it's a community where collaboration thrives, and every individual's success is celebrated collectively. It's a reminder that good things truly come to those who wait, and the reward is even sweeter when it exceeds expectations.
With all that being said, cam You share what have you learn over last year that you find most valuable in your business carrier so far?
As an internal sales manager , the past year has been a journey of profound growth and learning. Firstly, adaptability has emerged as a cornerstone of success , the ability to swiftly pivot strategies and tactics is paramount and adapting to changing customer preferences. Moreover, the art of relationship building has proven to be invaluable, the amazing connections i have with clients and suppliers with fosters trust, loyalty, and mutual understanding by deeply understanding their needs. And of course, the pursuit of continuous learning remains an enduring beacon guiding my professional journey. Recognizing that knowledge is the currency of progress and I embrace every opportunity to expand my skills, deepen my understanding, and stay abreast and best practices. Through ongoing self-improvement . In essence, the past year has not only been a period of growth but also a testament to the enduring principles of adaptability, relationship building, resilience, and the perpetual pursuit of knowledge. Armed with these invaluable lessons and I am poised to towards even greater heights of success in the years to come with GRENKE.
As internal sales, you are responsible for whole sales coordination. What do you find most challenging in your day to day job?
Every day is challenging for me and one of the key challenges is balancing the diverse needs of customers ,suppliers, and external sales team. This involves not only understanding their requirements but also providing comprehensive support to ensure satisfaction across the board and to ensure that external sales team reach their targets comfortably and consistently, providing comprehensive support is essential. Despite the complexities, finding joy in overcoming these challenges underscores the dedication and adaptability required in my role. I empower myself to navigate the complexities of the business world with confidence and agility. I believe this is the key of success in business life.
